Educating a younger audience about Estate planning
We set out to educate a younger audience about Estate planning, so that the population of Gillingham and surrounding Kent areas who ‘die intestate’ decreases. Death without a Will & Testament can make the passing of a loved one far more difficult to cope with because where there is no Will, the Estate passes under the Laws of Intestacy, and those who become the administrator of the Estate, also known as the person who makes decisions on behalf of the Estate, is then challenged with making decisions that their deceased loved one never made clear.
This can make grief far more difficult to process, and the reality of death for some people can lead to unexpected estranged loved ones creeping out from the woodwork adding yet another layer of complication. You can learn more about intestacy by reading our Blog.
Making a Will
Join our Will & Testament guide, Will, to get a better understanding of the pricing structure of a Will - there is no ‘one size fits all’ Will & Testament. Not here or anywhere out there. A Will & Testament is unique to each person. Even a mirror Will is unique to one half of the couple. Therefore, here is our guide pricing structure but just as bespoke as your Will & Testament will be - our prices will be.
Please don’t leave estate planning to the last minute - Will & Tess will help you understand your way round making a brand new will, which will give you peace of mind so you know your loved ones are protected from the financial impact of a life-changing event.
