We set out to educate a younger audience about Estate planning, so that the population of Gillingham and surrounding Kent areas who ‘die intestate’ decreases. Death without a Will & Testament can make the passing of a loved one far more difficult to cope with because where there is no Will, the Estate passes under the Laws of Intestacy, and those who become the administrator of the Estate, also known as the person who makes decisions on behalf of the Estate, is then challenged with making decisions that their deceased loved one never made clear.
This can make grief far more difficult to process, and the reality of death for some people can lead to unexpected estranged loved ones creeping out from the woodwork adding yet another layer of complication. You can learn more about intestacy by reading our Blog.
