I wanted to do a new Will when my husband died last year but was not able to find a Will Writer who would see me in person because of the Pandemic and if I am honest, I don't understand the zoom. Jack came to see me at home and was really considerate of my concerns about COVID. He assured me that he tested regularly and wore a face covering as a precaution. Jack explained everything to me in really simple terms which was useful as my husband understood more about Wills and stuff.

After my uncle became unwell I decided to make a power of attorney, just in case. It was a simple process and made me wonder why more people don't do it. It was simple for me to do my Will at the same time.
